Your personal training rate includes everything: personal training + meal plan + cardio schedule. How does it work? You pick a package, make your down payment and then pay monthly based on the number of weekly training sessions.
Everyone's goals are different, therefore, how we measure results is directly tied to a client's specific goals. During your inital consultation and through the course of your training, we establish performance metrics that make sense for you.
